Are you a composer and do you want to get the most out of the New Music Conference, during November Music (initiative of Buma)? Sign up for one inspiring hour of breakfast at the New Music World Cafe! Here we will bring together composers, both emerging talent as well as established artists and supporting organizations for a meaningful conversation on a collaborative approach to realising musical projects.

You’re invited to share your thoughts with fellow composers from around the world. What if your work could be introduced to established composers, major concert halls and music professionals? And would you be willing to share your knowledge and network to composers, organisers and musicians visiting your country?

New Music World Cafe

A world cafe is a format for organizing an open conversation. Multiple rounds of talks at small tables of 4 to 5 people will invite participants to connect and share their ideas around the main topic. The New Music World Cafe is an initiative of Powered by TINC, a foundation which connects a vast network of creators, listeners, promoters, businesses and governmental agencies. By joining forces, working together and sharing knowledge, Powered by TINC aims to shape a sustainable musical landscape for music creators.

This breakfast meeting will be hosted by Sandra Gevaert, a social innovator focused on bottom-up participation and manager of renowned Dutch Artvark Saxophone Quartet.
